It’s been almost two months since I flew back home. Although being home has been a bittersweet feeling, it also taught me valuable lessons. One of them is to be more intentionally present and soak in His goodness found in those very present moments more. This season has shown me that I had taken certain things for granted. It’s easy to fall into the “what’s next?” mindset rather than embracing our present moments. Now that I’m placed in this unexpected yet familiar season, I realize that I sped right past many of those life moments that God had intended for me to enjoy.
Why am I here?
What is the purpose of this?
What is Your plan for me?
Over the past two months, I have been constantly searching for answers, reasons, and God’s comfort for my million thoughts and questions. Then, I stumbled across these quotes that became gentle reminders of His faithfulness in my current season. He brought about comfort, encouragement, healing, and warmth in these words.
Whether you find yourself amidst changes where familiarity seems elusive, or you’re stuck in the comfort of the familiar but yearning for something new, I hope these quotes can encourage you just as they have encouraged me.
