We all experience anxiety and worry at some point in our lives – some to a greater degree than others. The Bible contains wisdom that teaches us how to deal with such feelings and emotions. In this post, I collated a few of my favourite scriptures that helped me with my anxiety and worry, and I hope they can comfort you too.

These verses touch on God’s great nature – He is trustworthy, faithful, and an Encourager. So when the world feels overwhelming, lean on God, confide in Him, and rest in His unchanging goodness and unfailing love for you through these scriptures.
